UHT stands for Ultra-High-Temperature Pasteurization. It’s a process where milk-based products are heated to 137℃ for 4 seconds and then quickly cooled. This destroys harmful bacteria and prevents contamination. We use 100% Italian milk from Valli Di Stura (Piedmont). Our advanced sterilization ensures unmatched quality and authenticity, with UHT milk furosine levels similar to fresh milk.
