Saturday Delivery Options Are Available At An Additional Cost
Shipping Time
We aim to deliver all orders within 2-4 working days when placed before 2:00 PM.
If your order is urgent, please WhatsApp our office team at 07570 392585 before 2:00 PM. We can try to upgrade your order to our express service (1 working day) for an additional charge.
Delivery Charges
Orders up to £30 will be charged £3.99
Orders of £30- £80 will be charged £8.99
Orders of £80- £160 will be charged £14.99
Orders of £160 - £300 will be charged £21.99
Order above £300 - Free of charge
All islands, highlands and remote area deliveries will be subject to additional charges.

Damage and Discrepancies
All order issues/discrepancies or damages must be reported within 24 Hours
Returns
Valid goods accepted for returns must be, in unused and unopened, in the same condition in which they were delivered. Within 14 days from delivery.
We will charge the reserve the right to charge a 15% fee for returning and refunding the money.
We reserve the right not to refund items that are returned in unusable or unsellable condition, (e.g. - out of date, ripped packaging)
